Women in Emergency Services (WiES) is proud to launch our Podcast Club, a new peer-learning experience where we pre‑listen to episodes and then connect in community to reflect, grow, and support one another.

This month’s focus: The Confidence Podcast by Trish Blackwell—an internationally‑recognized confidence coach, best‑selling author, and founder of the College of Confidence. Her show offers practical, empowering strategies to get past self-doubt, criticism, and perfectionism—perfect for women working in high‑stakes, male‑dominated EMS environments
