Join us for a dynamic and enlightening session that delves deep into the multifaceted challenges women face in their professional journeys, with a special focus on the unique experiences within the first responder community. For all genders, our "Breaking Barriers" session assembles a select group of thought leaders, advocates and industry veterans to explore the most significant obstacles women encounter in the workplace today. From gender bias and unequal pay to limited access to leadership roles and work-life balance challenges, we will navigate the complex landscape of gender inequity together.
